Fire Alarm System Upgrades & Life Safety Coordination
CPS successfully oversaw and coordinated the upgrade of the facility’s Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP), ensuring all work was executed in compliance with life safety requirements, operational standards, and local code regulations.
As part of the commissioning process, CPS coordinated system inspections and acceptance testing alongside local Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs), contractors, and fire protection partners. Pictured here is a live fog test conducted to verify proper detector activation, airflow response, and overall system functionality before final approval.
Our team managed scheduling, vendor coordination, compliance oversight, and operational planning to help ensure a smooth upgrade process with minimal disruption to facility operations.

In-House Studio Transformation
After consulting with CPS, our team transformed an underutilized storage room into a fully functional in-house production studio tailored to the client’s operational needs. The redesigned space now supports content creation, collaboration, and internal media production — eliminating the need for costly third-party studio rentals.
By maximizing existing square footage and delivering a turnkey solution, CPS helped the client reduce operational expenses, improve workflow efficiency, and increase overall productivity through a modern, multi-functional workspace designed for long-term scalability.

Outdoor Cooler Installation & Facility Expansion
As part of a facility enhancement initiative, the client identified the need for additional storage capacity to better support cafeteria operations and employee demand. After evaluating the site and operational requirements, Commercial Project Solutions coordinated and oversaw the installation of a new outdoor cooler system.
The project included:
* Site planning and installation coordination
* Outdoor cooler placement and setup
* Equipment support and condenser installation
* Vendor management and project oversight
* Infrastructure coordination for long-term operational reliability
CPS worked closely with contractors and stakeholders to ensure the installation was completed efficiently, safely, and with minimal disruption to daily operations.
The result was a scalable refrigeration solution that increased storage capacity, improved operational flow, and supported the client’s growing workplace needs.

Owner Representative Services
Strategic Oversight. Risk Reduction. Project Success.
CPS acts as a trusted extension of your organization — representing your interests from project planning through final delivery. Our Owner Representative services are designed to protect your investment, streamline communication, and ensure every project decision aligns with your operational goals, budget, and long-term strategy.
We manage complexity so our clients can stay focused on running their business.

Strategic Planning & Project Leadership
Before construction begins, CPS works closely with stakeholders to develop a strategic roadmap that minimizes disruptions, controls costs, and aligns project execution with business objectives. From budgeting and scheduling to vendor coordination and operational planning, we provide proactive leadership at every phase.
Protecting Your Bottom Line-
Our team continuously monitors project scope, timelines, contractor performance, and change management to help clients avoid costly delays, scope creep, and operational inefficiencies. We advocate for the client — not the contractor.
Single Point of Accountability
CPS serves as the central point of coordination between ownership, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and facility teams. This creates faster decision-making, clearer communication, and stronger project accountability.
Operationally Focused Solutions
We understand that successful projects are not just about construction — they are about maintaining operations, reducing downtime, and delivering spaces that improve productivity. Every recommendation is made with the client’s long-term operational success in mind.

MEP coordination
MEP coordination in commercial projects involves the integrated planning and management of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure efficient design, installation, and operation within a building. It helps prevent conflicts between systems, improves construction efficiency, supports safety and code compliance, and ensures seamless functionality of building infrastructure.

Security Systems
Security systems for commercial buildings are integrated technologies and equipment designed to protect people, property, and assets from unauthorized access, theft, and safety threats. These systems include CCTV surveillance, access control systems, intrusion alarms, biometric authentication, visitor management, and emergency response systems. They help ensure continuous monitoring, secure entry management, and improved safety for offices, malls, hotels, hospitals, and other commercial facilities.

Electrical Infrastructure
Electrical infrastructure for commercial projects refers to the complete electrical systems and equipment required to supply, distribute, and manage power safely and efficiently within commercial buildings. It includes transformers, substations, switchgear, power distribution panels, cabling, lighting systems, backup generators, UPS systems, grounding, and energy management solutions. These systems are designed to support the operational needs, safety standards, and energy efficiency requirements of offices, malls, hotels, hospitals, and other commercial facilities.

Fiber Infrastructure
Fiber infrastructure for commercial projects refers to the installation and management of fiber optic cabling systems that provide high-speed data, voice, and communication connectivity within commercial buildings and campuses. It includes backbone fiber networks, structured cabling, data distribution systems, network cabinets, and connectivity equipment designed to support reliable internet, telecommunications, security systems, and modern smart building technologies.

UPS inspections and coordination
UPS inspections and coordination involve the evaluation, testing, and management of uninterruptible power supply systems to ensure reliable backup power performance and operational readiness. These services include system inspections, load testing, maintenance coordination, safety checks, and compliance verification to support continuous power availability for critical commercial and industrial operations.

Building Management Systems
Building Management Systems (BMS) are centralized control systems used to monitor, manage, and optimize a building’s mechanical, electrical, and safety operations. BMS integrates systems such as HVAC, lighting, power, fire alarms, security, and energy management to improve operational efficiency, occupant comfort, safety, and energy performance in commercial facilities.

Parking lot paving, site logistics coordination, and contractor management within active operational facilities
Parking lot paving, site logistics coordination, and contractor management within active operational facilities involve planning and executing infrastructure improvements while maintaining safe and uninterrupted daily operations. These services include pavement installation and repairs, traffic and access management, scheduling coordination, safety compliance, and oversight of contractors to ensure efficient project delivery with minimal disruption to facility activities.
